As the name specifies, they regulate the output of oxygen from 0 to 25 liters per minute that depends upon the prescribed oxygen needs. In many terms, users can change the oxygen flow from 0 to 15 liters per minute. However, the regulators that reach a higher flow of 15 liters per minute are usually found in a hospital setting.
