226XGF Series

226XGF Bronze Globe Valves

The 226XGF Series of bronze globe valves boasts the following features:

• Extended stem
• Conical seat packing
• Gasket and PFA seats
• Cold working pressure of of 600 PSIG
• Threaded or sil brazed ends 

Bronze globe valves work by using a hollow & perforated pivoting ball to control flow of liquids. Flow occurs when the hole of the ball is in line with the pipings. When the ball pivots to 90 degrees, the hole and piping are no longer in line, so flow stops. 

These globe valves are manufactured entirely with bronze, so outside chemicals won\'t negatively affect valve construction.
